Attention Grade 10-12 students going to MM Robinson: timetables were emailed to you last night to your HDSB account. Students with conflicts, holes in their timetable, imbalanced timetables or who are doing major pathway changes (i.e. university to college) can book an appointment to see Mrs. Galay this week at http://bit.ly/2HMNyO8.
All other timetable change requests will not be entertained until the last week of August (28-31) and can also be booked at the above link. See Mrs. Galay if you have questions or concerns.

Want to earn a high school and a college credit this summer? Would you like to get a taste of the college experience so you are better prepared for what awaits? The following course will be offered through Mohawk College in affiliation with the Halton Catholic Board. See Mrs. Galay for more information about how to apply!

Start Date: July 3 – July 20, 2018 Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
This course will help students to develop the necessary skills required to pursue a successful personal pathway to post-secondary education. Within the course, students will learn personal, academic, critical thinking, and digital literacy techniques that promote and foster favourable outcomes in a college or university setting. Students will also develop essential employability skills, positive coping strategies to combat stress, and will learn how to manage their personal ecological footprint with an added emphasis on nutrition and food sustainability practices.
Graduating Students: As of July 1, 2018 students who are not: a) actively registered with HDSB (Summer School) or b) Pre-Registered for the 2018-2019 School Year with HDSB will lose access to the HDSB Network & Halton Cloud/G Suite for Education applications, data, and email. IMPORTANT: If you have used your HDSB email when applying for post secondary, resume, job applications, you will need to update your information and change it to a personal email address before access to your HDSB account is lost on July 1st.
To retain your G suite data, please see one of the options 1) Transfer email and Drive files to a personal Google Account using Google Takeout Transfer Your Content - see Transfer their content or 2) Archive data using Google Takeout - The traditional Takeout is also available to create an archive of their data in G suite. This will enable you to easily retain your email, essays, resumes, science projects and any other files stored on Google Drive before access has been removed to your HDSB account. This must be completed by June 30, 2018.
